1. What data do we collect?

Through the contact form and quote requests, we collect: Full name (identification), phone number (contact), email address (communication), message (description of the service requested), IP address (security and abuse prevention) and technical data (browser type, operating system, referring page).

2. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to: respond to quote requests and provide contracted services; commercial communication related to requested services; invoicing and compliance with legal and accounting obligations; improvement of services and user experience; security of IT systems.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on: Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; Art. 6(1)(c) UK GDPR — compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting); Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — legitimate interests of the controller (security, fraud prevention).

4. Retention period

Contact data for potential clients is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last interaction. Active contract data is kept in line with legal accounting obligations (6 years under UK law). Technical data (IP, logs) is kept for a maximum of 90 days.
