1. General provisions

This document governs the contractual relationship between AMIGIO EXCLUSIV SRL (hereinafter "the Provider") and individuals or entities accessing the website or using the services offered (hereinafter "the Client"). By accessing the site and/or requesting services, the Client implicitly accepts all terms and conditions set out here.

2. Services offered

AMIGIO EXCLUSIV SRL offers services including:

• Website design and development (business sites, online shops, landing pages, portals)
• SEO and digital marketing (Google Ads, Social Media)
• Web hosting and domain registration
• Website maintenance and management
• Copywriting and graphic design services
• Email marketing and video production
• IT consultancy and web development

3. Orders and contracts

Any service request submitted via the contact form, email or phone constitutes a quote request and not a binding contract. The contract is considered concluded upon signing a written agreement or email confirmation from both parties. Service delivery begins after payment of the agreed deposit.

4. Prices and payments

Service prices are established by personalised quote, according to project complexity. Prices shown on the site are indicative. Payment is made in contractually agreed instalments, typically: 50% deposit on signing and 50% on delivery. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) or Euros (EUR) as agreed and include applicable VAT.

5. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on project complexity, the speed of the Client providing materials (texts, images, access) and the Provider's current workload. Delays caused by the Client are not attributable to the Provider.

6. Intellectual property

Copyright in the work created belongs to the Provider until full payment of the contractual amount, at which point it transfers to the Client. The source code, design and all creative elements produced by AMIGIO EXCLUSIV SRL are protected by copyright law.

7. Warranty and support

AMIGIO EXCLUSIV SRL offers a 30-day warranty from project delivery, during which any technical deficiency attributable to the Provider is corrected free of charge. Changes requested by the Client after final acceptance are not covered by the warranty and are billed separately.

8. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant contract.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged in the course of the collaboration. Project details may only be included in the portfolio with the Client's written consent.

10. Amendments to these terms

AMIGIO EXCLUSIV SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

This document is governed by English law and, where applicable, Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably; failing that, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
